Elijah R. Bergman represents a wide variety of clients providing services to individuals and business entities, in criminal, family, civil and probate matters.
Elijah joined Lynch & Foley after serving two years as a law clerk for the judges of the Bennington Unit of the Vermont Superior Courts. In that position, Elijah assisted judges with legal research and writing on a variety of issues in the Civil, Criminal, Family, and Probate Divisions. During law school, Elijah participated in practical legal internships, including internships with Judge William K. Sessions III at the US District Court, District of Vermont and the Chittenden County Public Defender's Office.
Outside the office, Elijah enjoys playing soccer, going on hikes, and skiing at Mad River Glen. A native Vermonter, Elijah grew up in Burlington. Elijah graduated Oberlin College (B.A., 2009) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D., 2015). He was made a member of Phi Beta Kappa in 2009. In between college and law school, Elijah spent time working on several political campaigns.
