Elijah Bergman represents a wide variety of clients providing services to individuals and business entities, in criminal, family (divorce, post-divorce, and parentage), civil, and probate matters.
Elijah joined Lynch & Foley in September 2017 after serving two years as a law clerk for the judges of the Bennington Unit of the Vermont Superior Courts. In that position, Elijah assisted judges on a variety of issues in the Civil, Criminal, Family, and Probate Divisions. During law school, Elijah participated in practical legal internships, including internships with Judge William K. Sessions Ill at the US District Court, District of Vermont and the Chittenden County Public Defender's Office.
Outside the office, Elijah enjoys playing soccer, going on hikes, and skiing at Mad River Glen. Originally from Burlington, Elijah now lives in Rutland County and spends much of his free time assisting his wife with the care of their various farm animals.
